Chris Kamprad was born 1969 in the Spreewald region and lives as a freelance, self-taught painter in Berlin. Since May 2020, she has been working in her studio in Prenzlauer Berg. From 1999 to 2002, she attended the free painting class with the Berlin artist couple Astrid Albers and Jürgen Sage. Additionally, she completed studies in makeup artistry at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts.
Her works are atmospheric and dreamlike. Her exceptional use of ethereal colors and rich textures creates artworks that inspire and captivate. Her canvases evoke a joyous, spirited energy and feel like intimate conversations told through her astonishing palettes.
